1/13/99: Bummer! I forgot to give Andy one of his CDs with media files on it for the brochures, so this morning we took a taxi to Granyar, a nearby town, and shipped it to them via a courier service… On another note (haha!), I’ve been adding to my collection of musical instruments, which I started at the beginning of this trip. I was so inspired by the gamelan orchestra the other day, that today, we purchased a Balinese flute made out of a bamboo stalk and etched with the image of a dragon… We also booked a tour of the surrounding area for tomorrow. Rice terraces, here we come…
