12/27/98: We stayed at Hotel Bladok, which was recommended by Dave and Elsa. The perks of low tourist season meant that their nicest room was available, right beside the swimming pool. And at a price of only Rp. 93,500! About US$10… Today we went to the Church located immediately behind our hotel, but encountered two problems: first, there was no English speaking service, and second, the adult service had started at 6:30am and was already over… We spent the day strolling around the city and window shopping…
