10/27/98: Spent more time doing video interviews with Carl & Karen, this time, up on the roof of their high-rise apartment building with the rest of Hong Kong in the background… We all went to dinner in Kowloon at a restaurant named “Dan Ryan’s Chicago Grill” with a table overlooking the Star Ferry Pier… It was fun to have a bit of Chicago in Hong Kong… Then we walked along the waterfront afterward with a step into the lobby of the famed Peninsula Hotel…
