The Arteries Of The City

Posted on July 25, 2023

7/25/98: We took the train from Churchgate Station north to Mumbai Central Station. We are getting a feel for the arteries of this city, as well as the bones. Roger H had suggested we make contact with the folks at Light of Life Magazine, whose offices are in the Methodist Center. But their office was closed for the day. The receptionist at the Methodist Center did give us the name of a possible contact to find an indigenous church to attend in Mumbai. Rajuans seemed cautiously suspicious when we called him from our hotel. But once we explained who we were working with and how we got his name, he directed us to a church called New Life Fellowship.

NOTE: The photo above shows commuters waiting for their train on a station platform in Mumbai, India.
